P.K. O'Brien & Associates was established by Patrick O'Brien in 1987 after having worked with a number of Building Company's as Quantity Surveyor and Estimator. Patrick gained valuable experience in a wide range of projects which were challenging and rewarding.

P.K. O'Brien & Associates are a family based Chartered Quantity Surveying practice based at "GlenAugh", Robinhood Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22. We provide building cost consultancy and project management services across a wide variety of sectors. We take pride in our ability to meet our client's needs delivering projects on time and within budget.
